Our mission is to establish and maintain resilient ecosystems, communities, and economies guided by cultural and contemporary knowledge through a truly collaborative process that effectuates the revitalization of continual human relationships with our dynamic landscape.


The Western Klamath Restoration Partnership is a community-based partnership working towards building trust and a shared vision to create fire-adapted communities, and to use traditional ecological knowledge and western science to restore fire regimes and re-create resilient bio-diverse forests.

The partnership is dedicated to:

o   Sustainable local economies

o   Cultural and community vitality, including food security and a balanced human-fire relationship

o   Fire-adapted communities

o   Restored fire regimes

o   Resilient biodiverse forests, plants and animals, and

o   healthy river systems.
